What is included in a family account?
You can register family and loved ones in queues from 0 years of age. It is also easy to schedule for queues with an age limit so that the registration is sent automatically on the day the child reaches the required age. You can add more family members for 35 SEK per month/member. Members under 16 and with only scheduled queues are free of charge.

At what age is it worth starting to use Dibz?
Children can start collecting queue days from 0 years in some queues. Other queues have an age limit of 13, 16, or 18 years. It is easy to schedule so that registration is sent automatically on the day the child reaches the required age, ensuring that no queue days are missed.

How does it work in practice? Do I need to log in every month?
No, we take care of it for you. Once you've added a queue and scheduled a person, we ensure the queue days are collected automatically – month after month. You'll receive reminders if something needs to be done, but otherwise, you can relax.

Can I invite all my family members?
As the administrator of your family account, you can invite family and loved ones for 35 SEK per month/member. Members over 16 years can also log in themselves.
